Complaints procedure
📮 How to raise a concern
We take all concerns and complaints seriously. If you have a concern, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Speak with your child's class teacher or key worker informally.
- Step 2: If unresolved, put your concern in writing to the Headteacher: vonny@homebrookwoods.co.uk
- Step 3: If still unresolved, a formal complaint can be submitted. See our Complaints Policy for the full procedure.
- External: Complaints about independent schools can be referred to the DfE once the school's procedure is exhausted.
