Visit the school
We warmly encourage all families to visit before making any commitment. You and your child are welcome to see the setting and meet the team.
Assessment & place offer
If Homebrook Woods is the right match, we'll provide written details of the placement offer including fees and start date.
Transition to school
We plan each child's transition individually, working with the child, family and professionals to help them become familiar with Homebrook Woods, key adults and routines. Where appropriate, transition may include visits or a carefully planned phased start.
Referral forms & key documents
School place referrals Formal referrals for a Homebrook Woods school place are normally made by a Local Authority or other commissioning professional. Our School Place Referral Form helps us gather the information needed to consider whether Homebrook Woods may be able to meet a child's needs
Commissioning & funding
